Originally developed by Mainstreet Property Group and acquired by Invesque in 2018, Hillcrest operated the facility since inception. In August 2022, the facility was purchased by Hillcrest and further strengthened Hillcrest’s presence in the Omaha-area post-acute care market.

The facility offers 76 licensed and certified beds across two specialized neighborhoods, with a focus on medically complex patients requiring high-acuity, short-stay rehabilitation. All therapy services—including physical, occupational, and speech therapy are delivered in-house by Hillcrest’s dedicated therapy team, enabling consistent, patient-centered outcomes and efficient care transitions.

According to Medicare cost report data, Hillcrest Millard consistently holds the second-largest market share of post-acute rehabilitation services in the Omaha region, second only to Hillcrest’s flagship facility in Bellevue.
