Hillcrest Firethorn is a premier post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facility located in Lincoln, Nebraska. Purpose-built by Mainstreet Property Group and acquired by Invesque in 2018, the facility was leased and operated by Hillcrest.  In August 2022 Hillcrest acquired the facility.

The facility offers 72 private rooms across two distinct neighborhoods, providing short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, as well as long-term care. With a focus on patient-centered care, Hillcrest Firethorn features state-of-the-art therapy equipment, in-house therapy teams, and a hospitality-driven environment designed to enhance recovery and quality of life.

The facility plays a critical role within the Hillcrest post-acute care continuum, which also includes home health and hospice in that market.
