The Garden Homes at Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna represent a unique, 55+ senior rental community positioned on the south and west perimeter of the Hillcrest Highlands CCRC campus in Gretna, Nebraska. The Garden Homes offer maintenance-free living with full access to the amenities and services of the adjacent Hillcrest Highlands of Gretna campus.

The development currently includes 8 completed homes, arranged in two quadplex buildings, with infrastructure and zoning in place to support the construction of five additional quadplexes, allowing for a total of 28 individual residences upon full build-out.
